Paris Saint-Germain have booked their place in the UEFA Champions League final after a disciplined away performance that secured victory over Bayern Munich in the semifinal second leg.
Paris Saint-Germain needed just one goal to seal progression, with Ousmane Dembélé striking just two minutes into the match to give the French champions control of the tie. PSG held firm for the remainder of the game, producing a composed display at the Allianz Arena.
Although Bayern Munich pushed for a response and found a late goal through Harry Kane, it was not enough to overturn the deficit from the first leg, which ended in a high-scoring contest in Paris.
The result sends PSG into another Champions League final as they continue their push to defend their European crown and become the first club since Real Madrid (2016–2018) to win back-to-back titles.
They will now face Arsenal in the final on May 30 in Budapest. The Premier League side is chasing its first-ever European Cup triumph, setting up a high-stakes clash against a PSG side aiming to cement their dominance in Europe.
