The Head of Corporate Affairs at the National Petroleum Authority (NPA), Madam Naa Atswei Nee-Okpey, has praised President John Dramani Mahama for his leadership qualities, describing him as a man of peace and justice.
In an interview on GHone Tv, Madam Naa Atswei noted that President Mahama has continually shown respect and fairness to all Ghanaians, regardless of their political or ethnic backgrounds.
“Even if the NPP had won the seat, President Mahama would never take advantage of the people of Nima or take them for granted. He is a president for all,” she stated.
She emphasised that President Mahama, having grown up as a “zongo boy,” understands and values the people of Nima, adding that he would never disrespect their community.
According to her, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) remains distinct from other political parties, stating that it fights for the welfare of all Ghanaians, not just selected groups.
She noted that, under President Mahama’s leadership, the NDC government would never take the people of Ayawaso East for granted.
