The CEO of Ghana Gas, Judith Adjobah Blay, has joined Ghana’s delegation at Gastech 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand, as the global energy industry discusses the future of gas and LNG.

Ms Blay is attending the four-day event with senior Ghana Gas officials, including General Manager, Operations, Sampson Kekesi Doh; General Manager, Procurement and Supply Chain, Abdul-Jamil Issaka; Head of Corporate Affairs, Richard Ernest Kirk-Mensah; and Technical Advisors to the CEO, Sumaila Mahama and Sylvester Cudjoe.

Gastech 2026, which began on September 14 and ends on September 17, has brought together thousands of industry leaders, investors, policymakers, technology providers and energy experts from around the world.

Participants are discussing developments across the global gas and LNG industry, with particular focus on emerging technologies, infrastructure, processing and transportation.

For Ghana Gas, the participation provides an opportunity to engage international energy stakeholders, explore investment prospects and exchange expertise and technology that could support the development of Ghana’s gas industry.

The company is also using the platform to pursue partnerships aimed at strengthening and expanding Ghana’s gas value chain, in line with its broader focus on strategic investments and innovation.

As Ghana’s leading midstream gas infrastructure institution, Ghana Gas plays a key role in supporting the country’s gas sector and its contribution to energy security, industrialisation and economic development.

The company’s presence at Gastech 2026 forms part of efforts to connect Ghana’s gas-sector opportunities with global investors, technology providers and industry partners.

With the event bringing together stakeholders across the international gas and LNG value chain, Ghana Gas is seeking to leverage the platform to advance partnerships and opportunities relevant to the country’s energy future.
