THE CEO’s HUB signs strategic MoU with African Aspirations to advance investment readiness, business growth

THE CEO’S HUB has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with African Aspirations, establishing a framework for collaboration aimed at strengthening businesses, developing investment-ready enterprises, facilitating access to capital, and creating opportunities for sustainable business growth.

The partnership brings together the executive leadership and business network of THE CEO’S HUB and the investment-readiness and enterprise-development expertise of African Aspirations to develop and implement initiatives that address some of the critical challenges confronting entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and growth-stage businesses.

A major initiative under the partnership will be the Investor Readiness and Growth Clinic (IRGC), a structured platform designed to equip entrepreneurs and businesses with the knowledge, tools, advisory support, and strategic guidance required to become investor-ready and position themselves for sustainable growth.

Through the collaboration, the two organisations will explore opportunities in areas including investor readiness, business diagnostics, capacity building, investment facilitation, access to finance and capital, investor–business matchmaking, executive education, mentorship, and strategic advisory services.

The partnership is also expected to leverage the respective networks of both organisations to connect promising businesses with potential investors, financiers, strategic partners, and other relevant stakeholders within Ghana, across Africa, and internationally.

Commenting on the partnership, Rev. Justice Sagoe, Founder and Executive Director of THE CEO’S HUB, stated that one major challenge facing many promising African businesses is not necessarily the absence of capital, but the gap between having a viable business and being sufficiently prepared to attract and effectively utilise investment.

He said that this partnership with African Aspirations strengthens their commitment to becoming a credible conduit between businesses, opportunities and capital.

Mr Sagoe added that, through initiatives such as the Investor Readiness and Growth Clinic, they want to help businesses move beyond simply seeking funding to building the structures, governance, financial discipline, strategy and compelling investment propositions that investors expect.

Speaking on behalf of African Aspirations, Richard Osei, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of African Aspirations, highlighted the importance of building the underlying capacity of businesses as a prerequisite for attracting sustainable investment.

“At African Aspirations, we believe investor readiness is about building stronger, more sustainable businesses.

"Through this collaboration with THE CEO’S HUB, our team will work directly with business owners to strengthen their governance, financial preparedness, valuation understanding, and overall organisational readiness.

"We look forward to helping businesses understand where they are today and what they need to do to position themselves for investment and long-term growth," he said.
