President John Dramani Mahama has delighted many Ghanaians after celebrating his 34th wedding anniversary with First Lady Lordina Mahama by posting a warm tribute and a series of affectionate photographs on social media.
The images show the couple smiling, embracing and sharing private moments that reflect a marriage strengthened over three decades. In his message, President Mahama praised his wife as both partner and pillar in his life.
“Thirty-four years and still growing stronger. You’ve been a mother, my anchor, and my friend all rolled into one. I love you, and happy 34th anniversary to us, Lordina,” the President wrote.
Marking their anniversary publicly has become an annual tradition for the Mahamas, who regularly share sentimental notes and memories with Ghanaians.
The post quickly drew thousands of congratulatory comments and prayers wishing the couple many more years together.
