The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that all passport applications left incomplete for more than two months after initial submission will be automatically cancelled.
In a statement, the Ministry explained that incomplete applications refer to applications that require further vetting, supporting documents, incomplete biometric capture, and pending re-capture.
The Ministry noted that applicants' fees paid for such applications are non-refundable.
They added that affected individuals will be required to begin a new application process, including the payment of applicable fees.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs further encouraged applicants to complete their applications on time to avert cancellations. assuring its commitment to quality service delivery.
